Their single coat is exclusively silver-tipped blue — each hair is lighter at the root and tipped with silver, giving the entire cat a shimmering, halo-like appearance.

This large, powerful cat weighs 10–20 pounds and features a triple-layered, waterproof coat that protected it through harsh Russian winters — a dense undercoat, longer middle layer, and coarse guard hairs.
