Lump on My Dog: When to Worry and When to Wait
Found a lump on your dog? Learn when to worry and when to wait for a lump on my dog, especially for adopted pets with unknown histories.
Lucky, affectionately known as Bubba by his foster mom, is a sweet and sensitive kitty who truly blossoms in the quiet comfort of a loving home. While he may be shy and reserved during the day, preferring to keep to himself, his true affectionate nature emerges when night falls. He seeks out his foster mom for cuddles and proves to be quite loving, making up for his daytime timidity with heartfelt nighttime affection. Lucky is housetrained and ready to settle into his forever home.
As an American Shorthair, Lucky is a generally healthy and adaptable companion. His short coat requires minimal grooming, typically just a weekly brush to manage moderate shedding and keep him looking his best. He has a low energy level, preferring calm environments and quiet companionship over boisterous play. His exercise needs are minimal, satisfied with gentle play sessions and the occasional exploration of his indoor surroundings. He is neutered and has received age-appropriate vaccinations, including FVRCP and Rabies, and has been tested for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped.
Lucky is seeking a very specific and patient home where he can truly thrive. He needs to be the only cat in the household and would be ideally suited for an older female owner who does not have children. The perfect adopter will understand his shy nature, be willing to give him space during the day, and cherish the loving bond he forms at night. With two years in foster care, Lucky's foster mom dearly hopes to find him the peaceful, understanding forever home he deserves.
