Popeye is a sweet and thankful cat, incredibly affectionate and loves being petted and brushed. Despite a tough past, he adores people and other cats, making him a wonderful companion for a home with feline friends or children. He is playful, enjoying feather toys and catnip balls. As an FIV+ cat, Popeye needs to be an indoor-only kitty, but can happily live with other cats.

He suffered from an eyelid condition (Entropion), resulting in the loss of one eye. He is also FIV+, requiring him to be an indoor-only cat.
