Meet Dooley, a truly loving and sweet companion who thrives on affection. This handsome boy is a total goofball, delighting in rolling around in the grass, relaxing on the deck, or simply being by your side for some gentle pets. Once he forms a bond with you, he reveals himself to be the biggest sweetheart, eager to please and devoted. Dooley is well-mannered, being both crate and house trained, and walks politely on a leash.

As a Labrador Retriever and Hound mix, Dooley embodies a wonderful blend of loyalty, intelligence, and a generally easygoing nature. While he possesses the friendly disposition often associated with Labs, his Hound heritage suggests a keen sense of smell and a love for exploring. He is estimated to be around 5 years old, placing him firmly in his adult prime, past the rambunctious puppy stage but still full of life and joy. His short coat is relatively low maintenance, requiring only occasional grooming to keep him looking his best.

Dooley is searching for a reliable and loving forever home where he can truly flourish. He prefers the company of smaller, low-key canine companions, or would be perfectly content as the only beloved pup in the house. Due to his size and enthusiasm, a home with older children (10 years and up) would be ideal. A securely fenced yard where he can safely roam and enjoy the outdoors would be a wonderful bonus for this deserving boy.
