Hudson is diligently learning new cues, demonstrating his intelligence and desire to please. When he's not exploring, he loves to play with his toys, which for Hudson, can be almost anything! More than toys, Hudson adores his people, showering them with unconditional love and soaking up all the attention he can get. He's also very social and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, showing a calm demeanor even when others are a bit bossy.
As a Great Pyrenees, Hudson possesses a thick, weather-resistant double coat, which requires moderate grooming, typically weekly brushing, to manage seasonal shedding. This breed is known for its calm, gentle, and patient temperament, making them excellent companions. While they have a moderate energy level, they do require regular exercise, such as daily walks or playtime in a secure yard, to keep them happy and healthy. Great Pyrenees are also natural guardians, which means they are protective of their family and territory.

A secure, visible 4-foot fenced yard is essential for him to safely explore. Hudson is house-trained and walks well on a leash, making him a joy to have around.
