Joplin

Joplin is an absolutely sweet and loving pup who came to us from a challenging hoarding and cruelty situation alongside her many siblings. Despite her past, she's full of joy, easily transitioning between playful romps and cozy naps. Joplin is wonderfully social, getting along famously with other dogs and showing a gentle nature with children. She's also a very calm and composed companion, settling well into her kennel environment.

As a German Shepherd Dog, Joplin will grow into an intelligent, loyal, and confident companion. This breed is known for its protective instincts and strong bond with its family. German Shepherds thrive on having a purpose and benefit greatly from consistent training and socialization from an early age. They are generally good with respectful children and can coexist with cats and other dogs, especially when introduced properly as a puppy.

Joplin would thrive in a home that can provide her with consistent love, training, and plenty of mental and physical stimulation. An active family committed to continuing her socialization and basic obedience training would be ideal. She will need a secure yard for play and daily walks to help her grow into a well-adjusted adult. Her moderate energy level means she'll enjoy daily activities but also cherish downtime with her loved ones.
