This sweet boy, who grew up on a farm with goat kids, sometimes thinks he's a jumping goat himself, especially when he's joyfully bounding through the snow—his absolute favorite activity. Leon is treat-motivated and intelligent, knowing basic commands like sit, stay, high five, and leave it. He's not shy about giving big hugs and will keep you smiling with his playful antics and enthusiastic personality.

As a Great Pyrenees, Leon possesses a gentle and loyal nature, though his clever and adventurous spirit means he thrives in a secure environment. He gets along famously with other dogs, indoor cats, chickens, and ducks, making him a versatile companion for many households. While he loves company, Leon appreciates dining in peace, preferring to eat his meals alone. He walks well on a leash, eager to explore the neighborhood and enjoy a brisk pace alongside his human companions.

Leon's ideal home is with an active family who can provide a secure, VISIBLE 6-foot fence (invisible fencing will not contain him).
