He's a high-energy, silly, and goofy pup who loves attention and is full of curiosity. McGraw boasts excellent house manners, is crate trained, walks well on a leash, and is completely housebroken. He enjoys meeting new people, often pretending to be shy for a moment before eagerly seeking out pets and affection. He is particularly gentle and immediately friends with children, approaching them directly for loving interactions. While he adores running and playing, he's also content to relax and cuddle at home, making him a versatile companion.
As a Great Pyrenees, McGraw possesses a naturally calm and gentle demeanor, despite his playful energy. This breed is known for its loyalty, patience, and protective instincts, especially towards its family. Great Pyrenees typically have thick, weather-resistant coats that require moderate grooming to prevent matting and manage their heavy, seasonal shedding. They are intelligent dogs, but can be independent thinkers, meaning consistent positive reinforcement training is key.
