Noira is a beautiful German Shepherd Dog who arrived at the shelter after being too scared to be caught. She is still learning to trust and needs a patient, understanding home that will give her time to decompress and feel safe. We are still discovering her personality and will update her profile as she becomes more comfortable. An ideal adopter will be committed to her socialization and continued positive reinforcement training.
