Penelope is a sweet and affectionate young Basset Hound mix who adores belly scratches and snuggles. She enjoys leisurely walks, taking in all the smells, and also loves a good nap. Penelope is cautious with new dogs but generally gets along well, and can live with dog-savvy cats despite her playful chasing instincts.
