Phoebe is a smart, outgoing, and adventurous puppy who loves to explore her surroundings. Despite a rough start, she thrives on human attention and is very social. She gets along wonderfully with kids and other dogs, making her a great addition to an active family. Phoebe is currently working on house and crate training, and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement in her forever home.
