Rescue Dog Behavior Changes Week by Week
Bringing home a rescue dog means observing their behavior changes week by week. Learn what to expect beyond the 3-3-3 rule and how to support your new.
Meet Sasquatch, a magnificent 6-year-old, 110-pound gentle giant with an incredibly loving heart. Despite recently losing the only family he's ever known due to unforeseen circumstances, Sasquatch remains a joyful, affectionate, and people-loving sweetheart. He adores being close to his humans, happily draping himself across laps and leaning in for pets, never shy about showing his affection. His playful spirit and deep loyalty make him a truly special companion.
As a Great Dane and American Pit Bull Terrier mix, Sasquatch embodies the best traits of both breeds. He possesses the friendly, gentle nature often seen in Great Danes, coupled with the loyalty and affectionate disposition of a Pit Bull. He is known to be excellent with cats and small children, having lived harmoniously with them in his previous home. He is also fully house-trained, crate-trained, and up to date on all his vaccinations, making him a well-prepared and easy-to-integrate family member.
Sasquatch is looking for a forever home that will continue his positive training journey. His adopter will receive three prepaid training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and continued success. He thrives on human companionship and would flourish in a home where he can be an integral part of daily life, receiving plenty of love and attention. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a big, happy boy who just wants a second chance at forever, Sasquatch is waiting for you.
