Cat Losing Hair in Patches: Causes and Fixes
Is your cat losing hair in patches? Discover common causes, from stress to parasites, and expert fixes to help your feline friend recover.
Stanley is a big, goofy, and affectionate young boy who loves to be loved. Weighing in at 83 pounds, he's full of playful energy and enjoys rough-housing and chasing games with other dogs. He's also a big fan of toys and is eager to please his people, making him a joy to have around. Stanley is kennel trained and walks well on a leash, though he would benefit from some further training on basic commands to help him shine even brighter.
As a mixed breed with a short coat, Stanley's grooming needs are minimal, requiring only occasional brushing. His high energy level and exercise needs mean he thrives on plenty of activity, ideally 1-2 hours of vigorous play or walks daily. He sheds moderately, so a regular brush will help keep his coat healthy. Stanley is neutered, current on his vaccinations including Rabies, heartworm negative and on prevention, and microchipped, ensuring he's ready for his new home.
Stanley is looking for an active family who can match his zest for life. He does wonderfully with most other dogs, especially those who enjoy energetic play, and is good with kids. However, he does not like cats, so a feline-free home is a must. While he's currently in a foster home with several dogs, he would truly thrive with one-on-one attention from his forever family, ready to shower him with love and continue his training.
