Stella

Stella is a big-hearted, affectionate American Pit Bull Terrier who thrives on human companionship. Described as the 'biggest teddy bear' and a 'huge goofball,' she adores people, including young children, and has a very sweet nature. She is highly intelligent and has completed extensive obedience training, responding well to commands and utilizing an E-Collar for consistent guidance. Stella's playful spirit shines through, especially now that she has fully recovered from past ACL surgeries.

As an American Pit Bull Terrier, Stella is known for her loyalty, strength, and affectionate disposition towards her family. This breed typically has a moderate energy level, requiring regular exercise to stay happy and healthy. Her short coat means grooming needs are low, with moderate shedding. While she is incredibly loving with people, Stella has unfortunately developed aggression towards other dogs following her surgeries, making her unsuitable for a home with existing canine companions. She currently manages allergies with daily medication, which is a minor ongoing need.

Stella's ideal home is one where she can be the sole pet, receiving all the love and attention she deserves. She would thrive with an owner who understands her breed's need for consistent training and socialization with humans, and who is committed to managing her allergies. A family with children could be a great fit, given her gentle nature with a young child.
