Homeless & Orphaned Pets Endeavor (HOPE) is a dedicated coalition of animal advocates committed to ending pet homelessness. Our mission focuses on rescuing and rehoming cats and dogs through a compassionate foster-to-adoption program. We also actively support community health through feral cat Trap-Neuter-Return initiatives and promote responsible pet ownership through educational outreach. Serving the Houston area, we strive to create a future where every animal has a loving home.
