Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a dedicated non-profit committed to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs, from high-kill shelters and owners in need. Through the efforts of committed volunteers, foster homes, and community partners, we provide loving temporary care and facilitate adoptions into carefully screened, permanent homes. We proudly serve the Washington, DC area, offering vital education on responsible pet ownership, including spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and proper nutrition to support our community and all pet owners.
