Waiting Under The Willow Foundation is a dedicated 501(c)(3) charity committed to rescuing dogs from the streets and euthanasia lists throughout Texas. Our mission focuses on providing a second chance for these vulnerable animals by ensuring they are spayed or neutered to help reduce the population of unwanted dogs.
