Operating the only community cat shelter in Rappahannock County, Virginia, we address the critical need for a public cat shelter in our area. Our mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for cats, serving the entire Rappahannock County community with compassion and private funding.

Purrfect Paws and Pals is dedicated to improving the lives of animals in Tyrone and surrounding areas. Our mission focuses on humane population control and finding loving homes for stray and feral cats. Since our inception, we have successfully spayed/neutered over 850 cats and facilitated the adoption of more than 350 into permanent indoor homes.
