Puplister is an advertising platform that displays pet listings provided by shelters and rescue organizations. Puplister does not sell, buy, or trade pets. We are not a shelter, breeder, or pet store. Our role is limited to publishing shelter listings — all further interactions, including adoption inquiries, applications, fees, and procedures, occur directly between you and the shelter or rescue organization.

Puplister is not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and a shelter.
Puplister bears no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any shelter, rescue organization, or user of the platform.
Puplister is not responsible for the health, behavior, history, or accuracy of information about any animal listed on our platform. All listing information is provided by the shelters.
We encourage all adopters to visit the shelter, meet the animal in person, and ask questions before completing an adoption.

Content

All content on the Puplister website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Puplister or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our site without prior written permission.

Animal listings, photographs, and descriptions are provided by our partner shelters. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Puplister does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing content. Listings may be updated or removed at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability
