Babu is a magnificent 4-year-old dog with a gentle giant demeanor, weighing in at a substantial 167 pounds. He possesses a keen sense of his surroundings and is not one to offer his trust easily, requiring significant patience and understanding from those around him. While he has formed bonds with a few dedicated volunteers, he remains cautious. Once you earn his trust, however, he will subtly communicate his desire for affection, revealing a sweet and appreciative side.

As a dog with the traits of a livestock protector, Babu is inherently watchful, independent, and possesses a high energy level that demands an outlet. He hears everything and is extremely keen, making him an excellent candidate for a protective role or a home where he can have a 'job'. Due to his hesitant nature with new people and his size, caution is advised around children, and he would likely thrive in an environment where he can be properly introduced and given space.
