Lump on My Dog: When to Worry and When to Wait
Found a lump on your dog? Learn when to worry and when to wait for a lump on my dog, especially for adopted pets with unknown histories.
Meet JJ, a handsome and lovable Great Pyrenees mix who is eager to find his forever home. JJ is a truly low-maintenance companion, content to entertain himself with toys and appreciate the simple joys in life. He walks beautifully on a leash, knows a reliable "sit," and is mostly good with "come" commands. While generally laid-back, he enjoys occasional bursts of energy before settling back into a relaxed state. This loyal boy takes his time to warm up, but once you earn his trust, he becomes an incredibly devoted and affectionate friend.
As a Great Pyrenees mix, JJ embodies the breed's characteristic loyalty and calm demeanor. He thrives in a peaceful environment and will flourish with an experienced owner who understands the breed's independent yet devoted nature. Pyrenees typically have thick coats that shed heavily, requiring moderate grooming to keep them healthy. While JJ enjoys his chill time, he also appreciates daily walks and car rides, making him a moderate energy dog with moderate exercise needs. He's generally a quiet gentleman, only barking at specific triggers like sirens or loud vehicles.
JJ is looking for a quiet, adults-only home, ideally with a secure 5-foot fence where he can enjoy outdoor time in any weather. He would prefer to be the only dog or potentially live with a laid-back female dog after careful introductions. A doggie door would be a wonderful addition, allowing him the independence to come and go as he pleases. If you're ready to offer patience and receive endless devotion from a sweet boy who appreciates a good cheeseburger, JJ might just be your perfect match!
