Joey is an energetic, year-old Chihuahua-Pomeranian mix with a playful, puppy-like spirit. He loves to sprint in a yard, chase dragonflies, and play independently with toys. While he's learning indoor living, he needs patient adopters to help with handling issues and occasional fear/excitement-induced accidents, managed with a belly band. Joey is good with other dogs, cats, and older children (10+), thriving in a home with a secure, fenced yard and ongoing obedience training.
