Animal Control and Welfare Project is a dedicated foster-based organization committed to rescuing animals, primarily dogs, in areas without a county shelter. Our mission is to prevent euthanasia by providing temporary foster homes and connecting animals with a robust rescue network. We actively advocate for spay/neuter initiatives and community education as long-term solutions to animal overpopulation. Serving the Hinton, WV area, we rely on generous donors and volunteers to continue our life-saving work.
