Welcome to the Animal Protection Society of Person County, a dedicated volunteer-run organization committed to animal welfare. Our mission is to reduce pet overpopulation through spay/neuter advocacy and education on responsible pet ownership. We compassionately rescue animals, primarily dogs and cats, from dangerous situations and place them into loving foster homes where they receive medical care, nourishment, and affection while awaiting their forever families. Serving the entire Person County area, we strive to create a community where every animal is safe and cherished.
