Caring Hearts Rescue is dedicated to saving small breed dogs from various desperate situations, including neglect, puppy mills, owner surrenders, and euthanasia. Operating primarily from Fairfax, Virginia, the organization provides comprehensive care, ensuring all rescued dogs receive veterinary examinations, necessary inoculations, and spay/neuter services. Animals are housed in safe foster homes until they find their permanent loving families. The rescue relies entirely on donations, with all staff serving as volunteers, driven by the mission to give these dogs a second chance at life.
