Community Animal Rescue Effort (CARE) is a dedicated, all-volunteer, foster-based animal rescue operating in Columbus, Indiana. Their mission is to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education, and responsible pet adoptions. CARE actively advocates for spaying and neutering to reduce overpopulation and collaborates with local shelters to increase adoption rates for all types of animals in need within the Columbus area and surrounding communities.
