Friends Of Plumas County Animals is dedicated to the welfare of felines in the Plumas County area. Our mission encompasses rescuing and rehoming cats in need, ensuring they find loving forever homes. We also actively participate in humane trap-neuter-release (TNR) programs to manage feral cat populations and promote community animal health. We are committed to providing compassionate care and support for all cats within our service area.
