Good Dog Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue dedicated to finding loving forever homes for homeless and abandoned dogs. Headquartered in Enfield, CT, the organization operates with volunteers across the Eastern United States, focusing on rescuing dogs from Southern shelters and facilitating adoptions, often through transport to New England. They ensure all dogs are evaluated for temperament, receive necessary health checks, vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered before placement in foster homes. Good Dog Rescue also supports low-cost spay/neuter clinics, engages in community education, and partners in training service dogs.
