Lovepaws is dedicated to improving the welfare of animals in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. Our mission encompasses comprehensive community outreach, advocacy, and rescue efforts. We focus on supporting shelter animals, community cats, and pet owners in under-resourced communities. Through services like our pet pantry, spay/neuter subsidies, and rehoming assistance, we strive to keep pets in loving homes and out of overcrowded shelters. Additionally, we rescue at-risk dogs and cats, particularly pit bulls and challenging medical cases, from local shelters, ensuring the most vulnerable animals receive care and advocacy.
