Operation Pets Alive is a dedicated, all-volunteer organization committed to elevating Montgomery County to a No-Kill community. Our mission focuses on increasing community awareness and involvement regarding the welfare of homeless dogs and cats. We strive to reduce the number of animals entering shelters and significantly increase the number of animals leaving shelters alive, helping our community make the best choices for pets in need.
