PURRS Of HOPE Rescue is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to rescuing and saving homeless cats and kittens in the Hammond, Louisiana area and surrounding communities. We focus on providing comprehensive veterinary care, including spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and essential treatments, to improve their health and ensure they receive the love they deserve while awaiting adoption into their forever homes. As a no-kill shelter, we also actively engage in Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs for feral cats and educate the public on the critical importance of spaying and neutering to combat pet overpopulation.
