13th Street Cats is a dedicated volunteer-led organization committed to improving the lives of cats in the Northside area of San Jose. Our mission focuses on humane population control through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs for feral and social cats. We also provide foster care and facilitate adoptions for kittens and socialized cats, ensuring they find loving homes.
