13th Street Cats is a dedicated volunteer-led organization committed to improving the lives of cats in the Northside area of San Jose. Our mission focuses on humane population control through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs for feral and social cats. We also provide foster care and facilitate adoptions for kittens and socialized cats, ensuring they find loving homes. We proudly serve the San Jose community, working to create a healthier environment for all felines.
