The Black And Orange Cat Foundation is dedicated to addressing feline overpopulation in the rural Plain City, Ohio area. Our mission encompasses comprehensive services including trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs for feral and stray cats, as well as providing spay/neuter assistance to low-income pet owners. We also facilitate the adoption of friendly cats and kittens discovered through our efforts, helping them find loving forever homes.
