The Black And Orange Cat Foundation is dedicated to addressing feline overpopulation in the rural Plain City, Ohio area. Our mission encompasses comprehensive services including trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs for feral and stray cats, as well as providing spay/neuter assistance to low-income pet owners. We also facilitate the adoption of friendly cats and kittens discovered through our efforts, helping them find loving forever homes. We are committed to improving the welfare of cats within our community.
